SleepCare currently enjoys numerous hospital relationships by way of our Partnering Program. We understand the unique needs of health care facilities and have designed our "Turn-Key" Program to be compatible with Medicare regulations for ambulatory facilities and to work to the best advantage of our hospital partners.
The goal of our partnering program is to provide our hospital partners with an enhanced or additional revenue source. SleepCare provides all of the equipment and personnel needed to perform a quality sleep study. This translates into a turn-key operation for the hospital that has minimal cost and risk associated with it.
Hospitals with existing sleep programs are encouraged to engage SleepCare Centers, Inc. as the managing entity for their sleep diagnostics facilities. SleepCare brings economies of scale to the business that are not typically achieved through single site economics. Additionally, we train all of our technicians ourselves, regardless of their background, so that consistent performance might be obtained. Additionally, we operate all of our sites under policies and procedures that have been approved for accredited centers by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Hospitals with existing programs typically see their bottom line improved and their product quality maintained or enhanced.
Of course, the hospital that does not have an existing program can offer this service to the community with very little in the way of investment. Once the hospital provides the site and any build-out necessary (usually minimal), SleepCare will furnish and install at their site, the finest state-of-the-art equipment available. SleepCare will also offer billing assistance where needed and will provide the hospital with all of the data needed to generate a third-party bill.
